Always will love it but having a major problem

Okay so overall the game is a masterpiece, better than battleship craft and its a lot of fun. However, my friends and I play this and I feel like its only me who has never been able to battle anyone! It just doesnt stop loading! I can face my friends, but no one else, and its pretty upsetting to me. I want to maybe re-download the app but if I delete it Im nervous I wont get it my stuff back. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, and I plan on buying crystals once this is fixed
