Please fix the crashing

Just spent $5 on the game the other day then loaded in and it keeps crashing at the loading screen, I love this game and play it all the time and I am well progressed but now Ive deleted the game and trying to make it work. Ive got it to work but theres now way for me to get the stuff back that I bought when I spent a total of $10 on this game and cant get my stuff back.
