NEEDS CRASH ISSUE FIXED has load up performance issues that prevent the app from launching

I love this game. ITS GREAT! but now it doesnt start when I open it it goes to its start screen and its completely broken it loads in the corner with a massive black space after seven seconds it crashes rendering it unplayable :(
