Just the multiplayer

Is there a reason the straight firing guns only hit the bottom of the ships in multiplayer? Im sure Im not the only one having this problem, but if this is fixed then I will give you 5/5 but until then I think its kinda stupid that the mk45 and the oto malera dont fire where I want them to hit, like engines and guns, instead they just hit the hall of the ship
